Yes. The Enterprise plan includes custom domain support. Your clients will access the portal at your own URL (e.g. portal.yourcompany.co.za) with your branding, logo, and colour scheme. It looks like your own software, not ours.
No. The platform is designed for operators, not developers. Everything is managed through a visual interface — no code, no command line, no configuration files. If you can use email and a web browser, you can run the JLog platform.
We handle migration from spreadsheets, other TMS systems, or manual records. Send us your data in any format — CSV, Excel, PDF, even screenshots — and our team will import everything into the platform. Migration is included in all plans at no extra cost.
