Customs & Documentation

Clearance, Duties & Compliance

Commercial invoice, packing list, airway bill, and SAD500 customs declaration. JLog prepares all documentation as part of our service.
A 6–10 digit number classifying products for international trade. The correct code determines duties your recipient pays. JLog classifies every shipment correctly.
SA duties range from 0–45% depending on product. VAT of 15% on CIF value plus duties. Use our import duty calculator for estimates before you ship.
Getting goods approved by customs for import/export. JLog handles end-to-end — no separate broker needed.
1–3 business days with correct documentation. Complex shipments 5–10 days. JLog’s preparation minimises delays.
