1. Services

JetLog (Pty) Ltd ("JLog", "we", "us") provides logistics, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, warehousing, and related services as agreed in individual service agreements or quotations.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days from date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on fuel surcharges, exchange rate fluctuations, and regulatory changes. Final charges may differ from estimates based on actual weight, dimensions, and customs duties assessed.

3. Customs & Compliance

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation for customs clearance. JLog acts as a licensed customs broker but is not liable for delays, penalties, or duties arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

4. Insurance & Liability

Transit insurance is available and recommended for all shipments. JLog's liability is limited to the terms of the applicable carrier's conditions of carriage unless additional insurance has been purchased. Claims must be submitted within 21 days of delivery.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. JLog reserves the right to withhold shipments or goods pending payment of outstanding invoices.

6. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and our Privacy Policy. Data collected through our platform is used solely for the provision of logistics services and communication.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Western Cape.
