Our system queries all available carriers for every order, comparing price, estimated delivery time, and service reliability. The best option is selected automatically based on your preferences — cheapest, fastest, or best value. For premium deliveries in Cape Town, our own white glove team handles the last mile.
Speed
Orders received before our 12:00 midday cut-off are picked, packed, and dispatched the same business day. This means a customer in Johannesburg ordering at 10am can receive their parcel the next day via The Courier Guy or DPD Laser express service.
For Cape Town customers, we offer same-day delivery via our own delivery fleet. Orders placed before 10am can be delivered within the Cape Town metro area by 5pm the same day — a service most 3PLs in South Africa simply cannot offer.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday 07:00–17:00 and Saturday 08:00–13:00. During peak periods (Black Friday, December), we extend hours to 07:00–20:00 weekdays to ensure no order is left behind.
Every order goes through a three-point quality check: correct items (barcode verified), correct quantity, and correct packaging. This gives us a 99.8% order accuracy rate — meaning fewer returns, fewer complaints, and happier customers for your store.
Orders before midday dispatched same day. After midday, dispatched next business day morning. Weekend orders processed first thing Monday.
Our own fleet delivers within the Cape Town metro by 5pm for orders placed before 10am. Available for standard and white glove delivery.
